Very comfortable cuff, often times substantial cuffs like this one hurt, as they bang against your wrist bones. This one did not. The spring in the cuff allowed it to fit my small wrists perfectly but would have looked just as fantastic on someone with larger wrist bones. Not too heavy either.

Very comfortable. The only place this jumper needs to fit you is around your chest, just below your armpits. I measure 34" there and the 40R didn't fit, the 42R did. Has a built-in, non supportive bra-lette (sp?) but with a D cup the bottom of the bralette hit just below my nipple, didn't affect the fit or look, I wore pasties and spanks underwear but the spanks were prob overkill, I just worried because the silk fabric is very thin. I did wear 4" heels which had the cuff hit just right, didn't try lower heels but would probably run the risk of stepping on the jumper. Warning- you need assistance to get this buttoned/zipped, bring a girlfriend to the restroom. Otherwise got LOTS of compliments. The color is very red, chinese new year red- brighter than looks in picture and the silk definitely shows stains. Mine came with a stain, it bothered me but unlikely anyone else saw it....
