Fun & comfortable!
I'm 5'4 and curvy.....38D. I'm typically a 12 or a 14 depending on the dress (bust 41.5", waist 34", hips 45"). Based on the boobs, I'm glad I opted for the 14. They wouldn't have fit in the 12. Therefore, the fit on the rest of my body was a bit loose but still looked cute. I was super comfortable most of the night. Be warned it is hot.... I rolled up the sleeves as much as I could when I was dancing.

The fit and color of this dress are amazing.
I loved this dress so much I have rented it for 2 events. I'm 5' 4" and curvy, bust 41.5, waist 34, hips 45. This dress fit very comfortably and I didn't need to wear a bra. I could sit, stand, dance etc with no issues. I will say the inside of the the neck piece can get a little scratchy but it's a super minor thing. Just know there is absolutely no stretch to the dress. Good luck!
