This outfit was awesome. It looked great and for the most part felt great. It has a lining on the inside that was slightly tighter than the fabric on the outside. I wore this outfit without a bra so I had no issues with the cutout portion. I would suggest ordering a size up instead of down. I had a hard time fitting it over my hips but once it was on it felt fine. I had a ton of compliments!

This dress fits wonderfully I was worried it may be too baggy near the hips and too tight at the bust, but It was perfect. This dress was not tight and fit like a glove at the same time. The under slip is a stretchy material. This dress was a little short though. The tulle in the back is a few inches lower than the material of the dress so you are covered but I found myself pulling it down every now and then throughout the night. Overall, I loved this dress I would highly recommend it to someone who is worried about choosing a dress that may be too tight. This will not disappoint.
