I wore this dress to a wedding 9 days after having my second baby-- and I usually wear a size 4-6, but took a 10 and 12 to be sure I'd fit. I wore the 12 and it was a little tight but it was the only thing that got my enormous chest in the dress and made me look somewhat elegant. I wore a see through black shawl / cape for arm coverage and it looked great!! I could nurse my daughter in the dress with a nursing cover no prob! Highly recommend -- very well made dress.
