After wearing my extreme hourglass wedding dress - I couldn't wait to put on this dress and BREATHE.. I kept my longline bra on and (stupidly) unhooked the bottom two hooked.. but that's not the dress' fault. This dress was awesome. I can't wait to wear it again - and good thing because I'm wearing it as a bridesmaid in May :)

This dress is adorable! About 10 minutes after this picture, a girl came screaming from her balcony down to the cocktail hour of the wedding we were at saying she worked for Kate Spade and loved the way the dress loved on me. Several compliments, wore with 2 Lilly Pulitzer bangles and black Badgley Mishka pumps. Very comfortable, but the band follows right below the sternum making it difficult to eat a full meal sitting down I was able to wear a bra with the dress, and trust me, if you have a large bust - you will be at your chin.

I didn't wear this dress - it was my back up. I really wanted to love it, but as you can see from the two photos, it's not flattering on the waist because it falls on the hips. The color is beautiful, but the dress i got was badly warn, and it wasn't flattering. highly recommend this dress for a size 0-2, and about 5'8" +

I ordered the 8 & 10.. thinking I could wear a bra, for my 34DD/36D's - but because of the low back, and structure of the dress I could not. The dress was comfortable, after I performed the vowels for the renewal, I played soccer with some kids on the beach. Everyone had a million compliments on the color, and the pockets are convenient. I would not rent this dress again because I like variety, but I would recommend it for others. If you have a small chest, you will not fill out the bust. This is a fantastic beach dress because it has no lining, it would be an awful cold weather dress, because it has no lining.

I rented this dress to wear to St. Michaels, MD - but due to Hurricane Sandy I had to settle for shopping in downtown Annapolis and shopping for Hurricane readiness. I had a ton of compliments, and even purchased another Lilly while wearing this one. If you have larger hips, know that NO Lilly dress is tight in the waist.. which is great because you can actually eat dinner, but bad because you're going to feel a little bit bigger. All in all this dress is gorgeous, the color is amazing and you will love it!

I wore this dress to my friend's wedding at the Bistro at Edgewater in Annapolis, MD and it was the PERFECT dress for an October 26th wedding. One thing to note about this dress is that in most pictures it looks like the shimmer is gold, which it is not, it has gold AND silver in it. I was panicking and purchased all new gold jewelry to match - but could have warn silver instead. The dress was long, there's no doubt about that - I am 5'3 (ish) and wore 3.5 inch heels, I should have either warn 5 inch heels or rented the short version. Also - note that yes, the dress is thin, DO NOT step on it or it will rip - I was extra cautious to carry my dress when around people. This beauty has had some signs of wear and tear, like fake tanner rubbed off on the inside. I wore an 8 but could have very easily fit into a 6 if it were available. It is wonderful to not have to worry about a strapless bra, and it does stay up perfectly. I highly, highly recommend this gown!

As I said - i didn't get to wear my dress, but it was extremely soft.. I'm guessing from being laundered excessively.. and because of that it didn't have the crisp Lilly feeling.. I was really excited to wear this dress but it just didn't match what I needed :(

This dress was adorable. I had ordered the size 8, and the size 10 - the size 10 wasn't going to be available last minute. The only issue I had is that I wasn't able to wear a strapless because I couldn't breath.. but the back of the top is stretchy and I could comfortably (and confidently) go without. I highly recommend this dress.. I have a hard time hiding my hips, and this dress didn't make me look like an elephant. I typically wear a 10 in Lilly and have them altered to fit, but this dress was actually perfect, who wants to wear an uncomfortable strapless bra anyway?! I couldn't find a pair of shoes that matched perfectly.. so I wore a pair of cheap, plain white flip flops and they were fine. Something else to note - these photos were after we got caught in the rain, the dress got soaked but dried extremely quickly.

I wore this dress to one of my best friend's bridal showers, and then to a Labor day party directly following. This was my back up dress for the other dresses I ordered that were unavailable at the last minute. I ordered the 10 because in Lilly Pullitzer and other brands a 6 will fit my waist, but often an 8 is tight on my bust. I could have absolutely worn an 8 in this dress, maybe even a 6. The one small issue I had was that my bra (a normal VS bra with vertical straps) stuck out on the sides.. I think a smaller size would have fixed that. This dress is perfect for large hips and small waist ladies - if I purchased this dress i would have had it taken in about 1.5 inches in the waist. I received compliments from every age group - most people thought the sea urchins were fireworks, so this would be perfect for a summer holiday. Highly recommend - I wish this dress was a permanent fixture to my closet!
