Actually rented for a friend (5'5") who wore to a military ball, and the fit was perfect! It stayed up all night, and the result was several compliments!

Was just a little too big in length for someone wearing flats, but other than that it was gorgeous! Heard best dress of the night at the Military Ball!

When you say it runs small, do you mean length or overall?  I want this dress and I'm 128 lbs 5'3 with 32A bust and I usually wear a 2 but there is only a 4 available so I'm trying to see if I should get it since I'm a little heavier than you are.

What size heels did you wear with them? My heels are 4 inches and I'm 5'3.  

This was my second time using RTR and the process was still perfect! The dress fit, though it does run a bit short. There weren't any damage issues, and I got compliments on the color the whole night! Nothing to complain about.
