Rented this for a fundraising gala. I was looking for something fun and sassy but on the conservative side. This fit the bill perfectly! I ended up wearing a strapless bra as the top was a bit big for my 34B, but didnt have any issues dancing. Color is a deep hunter green. Loved the way thus dress moved and got tons of compliments.

I rented this for a Birthday date night out and it truly is one of my favorite rentals yet! This is my second time with E&J so I knew to size up. I rented a 6 and an 8 as backup although I'm usually a 2 or 4. The 6 was stunning (I was swimming in the 8 though). There are 3 things I particularly loved about this dress: first, the fabric is wonderfully thick and does not wrinkle even after lots of sitting/standing. Second, its well lined, so even though there is no stretch to it, you can get away with "a lot" (i.e. without shape ware). Finally, RUFFLES! No bra needed either, unless, like me you kind of like a little extra support. Rent this, you will not be disappointed!

Rented this for my 20th college reunion so I had to look fabulous! This dress was amazing. Colors popped without being overwhelming or too busy. Material is super thick, so the dress held up to sitting and standing all afternoon. I ended up dressing it down a touch, pairing it with a jean jacket because it was chilly. I say it was the perfect length (about 1.5 inches above my knee), so it was cute & not too revealing. Danced comfortably all night, but I'm glad dresses can't talk 'cause the stories it'd tell...(!)

Rented this for a date night out and really wanted to love it! It was just what I was looking for, something pretty fitted but with some stretch to it. That's exactly what I got, but unfortunately, I didn't think it was all that flattering (on me). The size 4 was very tight through the hips and thigh area. There was more room with the size 6, but it was in the hip area so when it was on, it kind of "puckered" there. I felt like it was too tight across my thighs and felt a little self conscious about it all night. Length was perfect though and the colors were bright and very pretty. On other reviewers, its gorgeous--I just don't think this was my favorite dress!

I was looking for something sexy and sophisticated for a date night out. At the time of rental, this dress did not have any reviews or photos, but I decided to take a chance anyway since I loved the color and the neck line. Based on other reviews for this designer, I anticipated it would run smaller and I was right. I ordered a 6 & 8 and wore the 6. It fit perfectly, form fitting without being too constricting--I'm sure I would have been uncomfortable if I had gone with a 4. The material is very thick and well lined, wonderful for the figure, but so not sure how this would do on a really hot afternoon. Neck line was gorgeous and I think this would work really well for someone with a bigger bust size. I had to wear a strapless bra with a bit of padding to fill it out. I was surprised a bit at the hemline, it was a touch longer on me (just below knee) than I thought it would be. Overall, I think this would be perfect for any number of occasions (wedding, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, even to church, LOL). And of course, if you want to show off your shoulders, this is the dress to do it in!

I was a little hesitant to rent this as I've rented Lilly Pulitzer dresses in the past and they have been too short and/or too tight. This dress however was perfect! The material is thick and vibrant blue with lovely gold detailing down the front. The 4 fit perfectly (maybe even a little roomy), although I would not have sized down. I wore this for a date night out while in FL and received tons of compliments. It was easy to move around in and was totally comfortable all evening. It was brand new with the tags on it when I received it which was a nice bonus! It was dressy and classy enough for a summer wedding, but also would work for something less formal. Was sad to send this back!

I wore this to a traditional Hindu wedding, where I knew I was going to be surrounded by women wearing lovely, colorful, "blinged-out" saris and I didn't want to blend into the background. This dress fit the bill exactly. The color, fabric and texture were substantial and gorgeous. I received so many compliments and felt like a million bucks all night. Bodice was tight and did not stretch, but was not uncomfortable at all. Hugely recommend this one, ladies, you won't regret it!

I wore this to a rehearsal dinner/welcome dinner for a recent wedding. This dress was beautiful and I received tons of compliments. The only drawback was the length (which I was initially a bit wary of). It was about 1/2 inch too long, it didn't drag on the floor but if this had been the actual wedding with lots if dancing, I would have been in trouble. For reference, I'm 5'5 and wore 3 inch wedge sandals. However, it was gorgeous, flow-ey and generally everything I had hoped for. Bodice was tight, but in a good way (as in I didn't need to pull it up). Highly recommended!

Ladies, I have never in my life received so many compliments about a dress as I did wearing the "pucker up" dress! The bodice fits snugly (but in a good way as I never had to tug it up) and the full skirt made me want to dance all night long. I absolutely felt like a million bucks, but a word of warning: you may just be the best the best dressed lady at your event, so be prepared for the admiring looks and compliments of other! If you are at all on the fence about this one, trust me, you will NOT regret this. I didn't want the night to end! About the picture, the dress looks slightly rumpled, thats only because I HAD to try it on the second it came, once it was hung up overnight the wrinkles were gone. My stats: 129 lbs, 32B, 5'5, athletic, runners build.
