I rented this awhile ago when I was 9 months post partum. I was normally wearing a size 4 in dresses, but this was so form fitting that I definitely needed to size UP. Nice color, great for the winter wedding I attended and perfect for me when I was in between sizes and in the process of losing weight. And it helped suck in my belly pooch. And that's always a plus. ;)

First let me start out. I liked this dress, but not as much as one of the other dresses I have rented from here. It was beautiful and super red, the material was light and flowy and looked great when I was just standing there. However, I did have problems with this one. The tie I had was rather wrinkly and I had debated ironing it, but was so scared I would hurt the fabric that I decided to leave it wrinkly rather than risk scorching the fabric. The other problem..I'm not sure if it was because I am tall and skinny? But when I would use this "Salsa dress" for Salsa dancing....HELLO! the people in the chairs around definitely got a good look at the panties I was wearing! 0_0 The front is so light and flowy that it easily lifts up and parts all the way to your waist when you are spun. It kind of killed my Salsa dancing mood. I asked one of my frieinds to confirm my suspicion by sitting while I spun and she said "yes" she could see exactly what I was wearing underneath my dress. So overall, gorgeous for sitting, good fit, true to size, good if you aren't too fancy with your dancing, but very very bad if you live in a windy place or are tall and like to spin while dancing salsa!

The fit was wonderful. The lace looks expensive, I worried about what bra to wear with this, but I didn't end up wearing any with this and it still looked lovely! I am skinny but i still have hips and it was incredibly flattering. It falls just the right way. This could be used for a night out to dinner, the theater, a bridal shower, a wedding, pretty much anything! It dresses up and down easily with just the right accessories. I can't say how much I loved this dress. The turquoise was perfect for my yellow undertones in my skin. I am usually a size 2 in dresses, and a size 4 in jeans or dresses that fit very tight around the hips, but I was definitely a 2 in this one! I was practically swimming in a 4. The sizing seems spot on. Hated to send it back.

SOOO Happy people told me to size up on this one. I can not express how important this was. I have a larger rib cage but a generally small body. Most of the time I wear a size 2 dress or an XS-S, and this M size still took two people to zip up! I felt like I could be going to a red carpet event. The material felt great! ( I had random women coming up and wanting to touch the dress). I do not think I have ever been complimented for , (or complemented by, in this case) a dress in my entire life. Love can not express how much I wish I had this in my closet to keep forever!
