Was perfect for a holiday party!
It runs almost like petite sizing- short length and short sleeves. I'm 5'6 and a 36C and it worked, but barely. I loved the puffed shoulders. Overall, cute and comfortable!

I liked how different this dress was. Formal and professional with a little sass.
The dip in the bust does run low. It worked for me, but could be busty for other women. Also the pattern on the dress makes it flare a little on the hips, under the ribbon bust line, which was a little unflattering for me, but the dark color hid it well enough.
