Size down for sure as this dress is super stretchy. It has a great form fitting fit and shows off all your curves. I was able to wear my normal strapless bra and it was super comfy all night. If you need to wear shapewear you can wear the long shorts, I wore a thong shapewear and it didn't look perfectly smooth. The only con is that I am short so the midi length was just a little long for me. Otherwise awesome dress!

Pros: Great for hourglass shape, the girls are on DISPLAY!, form fitting and beautiful color Cons: Boobs fall out if you use your size, so size up I got this dress overnighted as the dress I originally got smushed my boobs down, this dress on the other hand made the girls come up to play! If I had sized one size larger I think it would have been the perfect fit without showing off too much. Make sure you're comfy with showing off the girls if you plan on wearing this dress.
