5’8” and the SL is perfect.
Small chested women need no bra or pasties. Fit is amazing.

From the beginning of the reception to the end, people stopped me to say how beautiful the dress was
I am 5'8" and long waisted. The 4L fit very well but the 6L definitely looked better. If you're a size 4 but short waisted, wear the 4L. The sizing difference between the two is only noticeable in length and where the black band hits the waist.

Lovely dress but size up if you're a true 4.
The fit is exactly as it appears. The 4R was too small and the 6L was too large. I'm blond and fair like the model but I think this dress is better suited to someone darker skinned than I. It washed me out. Spanx are definitely suggested for this gown. I wore my second choice.

I rented it for a formal wedding in Mexico City and was appropriately dressed and felt elegant.
I'm 5'8" and the 4L was a little too short for normal heels. I had to run out and get shorter heels. The neckline is very beautiful and shows off the bust well. If you're small chested this is the dress for you. If you're larger chested, leaving the back neck button undone also gives a lovely neckline. Every Nicole Miller dress I've rented is awesome and this one is no exception. Excellent choice for any formal occasion.

Beautiful and sweet but if your're a size 4, order a 2. It fits large from under the bust and down.

Once I put on the Nicole Miller dress my husband didn't even want to see the other dress!
