Not for tall girls
Odd! TOCCIN X RTR is just not for tall folks and it’s taken a couple of tries to learn that. Disappointing.

Not the right fit for a tall person - the size was also odd. I got another TOCCIN X RTR dress in a similar style but is a size 8 that actually fit better. Both were too short for me to wear out in public. Disappointment.

Worthy of a snapshot!
I loved this piece - I wore it as a stand alone on a crispy winter day in Seattle and wore it layered while in very cold New York. Worth it for the style AND function.
