I loved the cut, color, and style of this dress so much! It was very comfortable to wear. Helped hide my mom-tummy and was long without requiring heels (which I was avoiding since this was a backyard wedding). I have two complaints though: 1 the v neck was so low and the hook-and-eye closures didn't stay shut and were visible even if closed. I used a lot of Hollywood tape to make it work. 2 the silk is beautiful but stained so easily. Even condensation from a drink brushing against it left large watermarks for the remainder of the evening (they did not go away as it dried).

The color is not what is depicted online. The small was the dusty blush color but the medium, which was the size I needed, was gumball pink. Completely deceiving. And customer service only offered a discount on a future rental. Really frustrated and disappointed.

I ordered my regular size 2 and a size 4 backup; I wore the 2 (I am 5'5", 125lbs for reference). This dress is really flattering and forgiving. I wore it with a regular halter bra, but you could also go braless or strapless with the cut of the dress. It nipped the waist in to give a shape but was generously cut around the hips. I have a small bust (A cup) so the top was slightly looser than some other pictures, but it didn't gape. The only thing I didn't like about the dress was that there was a seam in the flower lacy part right around the hips. At first I thought I got a dress that had been altered (badly) but the backup size 4 was the same way. I could not understand why it was constructed this way. This seam created a little more volume around my hips than I liked, but most importantly it didn't lay right. I ended up wearing it anyway and I think I was the only one who noticed the seams. I got lots of compliments on the dress!

I usually wear a size 2 in dresses; so, based on other reviews, I got a size 2 with a size 4 as my backup size (usually I get a 0 as my backup). The size 4 was really, really tight on me. I wished I had tried them on when I got them, but the wedding was out of town so I didn't really have time before leaving for the event. Had I tried them on, I would have tried to get a 6 or possibly an 8 (there wasn't much difference in size between the 2 and 4). So, order 2 sizes bigger (at least) and you should be ok! Besides feeling self conscious about being stuffed into a too-small size, I did get a lot of compliments on the dress. The material is thick and somewhat stretchy, so it hides a lot of imperfections. The cut out details and halter style neckline were adorable. I wore with a strapless bra because you could still see straps of a racerback bra.

This dress garnered so many compliments at my wedding shower. I rented a necklace to compliment it. The back cut outs were special and classy, and it was perfectly situated so you could still wear a normal racerback bra. I ended up wearing the size 0 because the 2 would have gaped at the arm holes, but it was a snug fit.

I could have worn the size 0 (I am 5'5", 115lbs) but it had a hole poked into the lace on the left sleeve, so I went with the size 2. This was great because it gave me a little extra room and was slightly longer in the hem. I did not find the arms too tight, as other reviewers pointed out, and was able to freely move and dance at my friend's wedding. I liked that there were sleeves (the ceremony was outside on a very cold and windy day in Chicago), but the dress was still sexy. I got a lot of compliments on the dress!
