The waistband on the dress does not stretch at all, and is significantly tighter than the top of the dress. There was extra room in the shoulder portion. There is a weird buckle in the zipper at the waistband, and it is extremely difficult to get the zipper over that portion--it took 10 minutes of troubleshooting and two additional people to zip me up (and the dress fit, not too tight). I would recommend if you have a larger bust that could fill out the top, but I wouldn't rent again.

I wish I had worn a sticky bra with it, just to help give the girls some lift, but it was fine without. I did wear pasties with it, because the darts do hit in a spot that kind of give the effect of pointy nipples. That said, it was really only noticeable to me while getting ready. Got compliments all night, from the cut to the color to the adorable bow on the back (from wedding guests and people on the street after!). Also was perfect for a black tie optional wedding; most people wore long dresses, but I didn't feel at all out of place in this. Absolutely love, would rent again in a heartbeat.
