I rented a 0R and a 2L, the 0L was already rented. I read some reviews and was afraid the R would run too short. I am 5'5 and I was able to wear the 0R with 3 1/2 inch heels and the length was perfect! I was able to not step on the dress all night without constantly lifting it up. The dress is a thicker fabric so it hangs very nicely and I could wear normal undergarments and not worry about any lines peaking through. I was also able to wear a strapless, I just had to lower the back of the bra and tucked in the edge of the cowl over the strap so that it still had a lovely drape while covering the bra strap. The color is a gorgeous rose gold and it is such a flattering color and not a bright cheesy gold. The only reason I took away one star was because at the bottom of the zipper, it looked like the slip was not sewn in correctly and it jut out a bit at my hip. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, but with such a fitted dress, it looked like my hip had some weird bump on it. But my husband said no one but me would notice it. Also, the cap sleeves are a bit tight and it is difficult to raise your arms above 90 degrees, no biggie for me, since I went to a fundraising event, but if you plan on dancing and you like raising those arms, maybe size up. However, I received compliments from complete strangers all night long! Even over social media, I have gotten the most compliments on this dress! This is such a show stopper without being obnoxious and obvious, it is subtle and sophisticated and you will feel like a movie star all night!

This is one of my favorite dresses so far! Pros: Gorgeous color, great on every skin tone! It made my boyish figure have such a great shape! Sexy but not scandalous. I can wear a normal bra!! Great fabric and flow. Cons: so so so heavy, I mean this dress weighs about 2 lbs! I ordered a 0R and my back up was the 2R. They fit virtually the same! I think the 2 was about an inch longer, but it fit exactly the same. I would've like to have worn the 0 since it was shorter, but the fabric around the neck and waistline was wrinkled. I tried steaming and ironing, but it was really set in. Minor detail, but it made my skin look a bit wrinkly from a distance. The 2 fit the same and was not wrinkly. I'm 5'5 and wore 4 inch heels and the dress was just touching the ground, so for stairs and longer walks I had to lift it up. Like another reviewer stated, the sequins and the back and bottom of the dress will get caught in your heels a bit, so no fast walking! :) The fabric is very thick and heavy. The heavy wasn't all that bad since the dress always fell perfectly without having to adjust it. The thickness didn't bother me too much since I was indoors and in air-conditioning, but for any outdoor event in summer, this will make you sweat. I was sweating trying it on in my house! lol. All in all, I received the most compliments all night long. A lot of other women were wearing sequins, but the pattern on this dress makes it so much more interesting and different. Side note* another reviewer stated she received 2 bags bc of the weight of the dress, but I only received one. I asked the style specialist and was told one bag to return is fine. It is very difficult to squeeze these heavy beautiful gowns into one bag. Two return bags would be helpful for this particular gown.

This dress is so gorgeous!! The red is not an obnoxious bright cheesy red, instead it is a deeper true red. The fabric is a bit heavy, but so soft and great quality. I wore a size 0 but I had to belt it. It fit just fine, but since I have a smaller torso, I was afraid I would be pulling it up all night. The belt gave me more of a waist line and kept the dress up! I am 5'5 and wore 3.5" platforms and had no trouble with the length. The gather of fabric at the side really helps with figure flattering and let me eat whatever without having to worry about a food baby peeking out!

I wore this to a evening wedding in downtown Chicago at a super swank hotel and it couldn't have been more perfect! I received compliments on it all night! Even the waiters complimented me! I usually wear a 0, but this dress has a shape sewn into it and since I have a long torso, the hips fell at a weird spot. The 2 actually fit the same except the torso was a perfect length and it gave my boyish figure nice curves! Like another renter said, the back has a thin liner and so I was able to wear a strapless underneath. I was afraid, after looking at pictures, that it would be too tight and my post baby belly would be unflattering, but thankfully the material is a bit thicker and lined, so it smoothed me out nicely! I'm 5'5 and with 4 inch heels the regular was the perfect length! Overall a great rent and I am so so happy I did it!
