Too short.
It was too short for me (I'm 5'9'', large busted, and curvy) so it was inappropriate. If I were younger, I maybe would have gone for it. I did not wear it, even though it was a pretty, well-made dress. Both the 10 and the 12 fit me, the 12 was a bit longer, but still not long enough.

I really liked this dress but it was uncomfortable for me because it rode up (making it too short) and I kept having to pull it down. I've rented other RVN dresses and not had this problem. Maybe it would have stayed in place if I had worn the M. Overall, I'm glad I wore it but I was a little uncomfortable with the length. I wouldn't rent it again.

My sister wore this for my bachelorette party and she sparkled all night. She usually wears a 20-22 but in this designer the 18 fit her. She would definitely rent this dress again. Everyone loved it and there were lots of compliments.

Runs quite small
I ordered this for my sister who normally wears a 18-20 in dresses. It would not even zip. While we considered having her stand against the wall all night to cover the gaping zipper we figured that would be no fun. Needless to say--she didn't end up wearing it but the fabric and style were gorgeous. I wish RTR went up to 24 in this size so my sister could have worn the dress.

This dress didn't fit me right because it was too large in the waist. However, I tried the 8 and it was too small in the bust. So I did what I could. I got tons of compliments and everyone loved the dress. I would not rent this again because of the size issue for this particular dress but I would recommend it to women who are closer to the "ideal designer size chart." I was able to easily wear a strapless bra. The dress is quite long so if you're tall-- you don't need to worry about it being too short.

Great choice for my bachelorette party!
If you can get the dress on--you're golden. You may need an assistant to get dressed since the material is so thick not too stretchy (so it's REALLY hard to get on by yourself). But once that part is over (and you've redone your hair and fixed your makeup)... The dress won't budge all night! Holds you in in all the right places. I was able to wear a bra (I'm a 32F so won't go without). I am between an 8-10 (37-28-40) and the medium fit great. You will not need spanx because the dress is like spanx for your whole body. Very easy, sexy but not too sexy, and nice dress. Loved it!!
