I tthink this dress was designed for a mote petite frame - its a little too short and the waist is a little too high. Cute print and sleeves but overall nothing special. If you are petite, this might be a great fit. I liked the sleeve detail a lot.

Taking on a city vacation- seems versatile and should be good layering.
Loved the polished silhouette of this vest. I think it looks best unzipped and tied in front for a more fitted look. Heavy weight will be good for late winter/early spring.
