Beautiful quality, cuff does not adjust to your wrist and was large for me. I don't have particularly thin wrists, and was worried about it falling off all night.

I'm 5'6 and ordered the 4L & 6L, I wore 3 " heels and the dress was still a little long. I'm usually a 4, but it was pretty tight across my chest (I'm a 34D) so opted for the 6L. The dress was in good shape, but the top was gapping at the top, so I used double sided tape, which fixed the problem. Danced all night and was very comfortable. Be prepared for lots of attention, I had women ask me about my dress all night! I highly suggest renting this dress, as I bet it would flatter many body types.
