Tight in the hips and loose in the stomach. For reference, my measurements are 36, 30, 44.

I liked it
Liked the color, it fit well enough but sleeves were a little too puffy for my taste. Fits well enough in the hips which is important for those of us with big hips/butt. I got multiple complements on the dress and found it to be a fun outfit to wear for a day.
