Flattering, like a bombshell.
I still hadn't lost 100% of my baby weight when I wore this dress, so I thought I'd be more of a 10 than an 8. Yes, it runs short, because I wore the 8L, I'm 5'4" and wore almost 3 inch heels, and it was the perfect length. Because I was nursing, it was a tad snug around the shoulders and chest when I put on a bra. But some people could wear this without one, if it's tight enough on top. All in all a terrific gown that hugs your curves in a good way. The fabric is thick so that it doesn't show what you don't want it to show. Highly recommend.

This dress got a lot of compliments. The color stood out but in a good way!
The fit was fine, though the neck is actually very low cut. I would say it clung to my hips a little bit because the material, though it's jersey, didn't have all that much stretch to it. Also, even though the color is bright, the fabric was heavy for a hot, outdoor wedding in summer. I would suggest this for an indoor affair, or in the cooler months in spring.

This dress is comfortable to wear. I'm sort of a pear/hourglass and so it was perfect for accentuating a smaller waist while hiding bigger hips. I could have also worn the size 10, but it didn't flatter as much as the 8. There was very little difference in the sizing between 8 and 10. The color is so vibrant. It did make me look a tad flat chested, just because of the pattern of the rouching. Overall a terrific choice for a fun, formal dress.

My husband and I had an amazing time at this wedding and I got so many compliments on the dress! Had it shipped to the hotel and everything! Just had to try not to trip all over it when dancing because it was too long.
This dress really is beautiful. I rented it for a black-tie-optional wedding, and it was great for that occasion. They are right when they say the straps can be a little tight, but it worked perfectly for me all over. I had to wear a strapless bra with it to fill in the "cup" area a little more, and I am a C-cup. It was good to have the extra support, though it would have been more comfortable to go without anything. ONE problem: the length. I got the 8R which is recommended for my height, AND I wore heels (2 3/4 inches) and the dress was STILL way too long. Had to "hem" it with double-sided tape, which was tough because of the sheer fabric overlay. Overall a great dress, just too long for me.
