I rented this dress to wear to a family baptism. I am 5'-2" and thought it was the perfect length on me for this more conservative event, short without being too revealing. I loved the color and lace fabric in person even more than the photos online; the color green definitely stood out in the room. The fit of the dress was as described by others, good fit through the chest eventhough I have a full bust, loose at the waistline, and a little less room at the hip. I have an hourglass figure and found that I needed the size four to feel comfortable at my hip. I can often wear a size two moving up to a four at times to accomodate my chest, but decided to size up here for more room in the hips since I would be sitting for a good part of the day. I received many compliments and would rent the dress again. If you are trying to decide whether to size up or down for your backup size I would recommend sizing up especially if you do not have a straight and narrow figure.

I wore this dress for NYE and received several compliments. I loved the nude color and matte sequins; I felt it made the dress look sexy and classy at the same time. I wore the medium because the size small I had requested was unavailble due to being damaged by the previous renter and later retired by RTR. I thought the dress ran true to size and probably would have preferred the size small. However, I was able to make the medium work with some strategically placed garment tape. The dress was the perfect length for me but may be too short for taller girls. I loved this dress and would not hesitate to rent it again but in a size small. I would also like to compliment RTR for doing so much to make up for the size small suddenly being unavailable. The customer service provided by Serena H. was excellent and made all the difference when reciving the bad news about the damaged dress. I subtracted one star because I found the dress to be heavy and itchy, but this may have been due to some extra sliding and movement because the medium was roomy on me.

I rented this as my backup dress for NYE. The dress runs large in the waist and hip area yet true to size in the bust. I would have worn the size 2 if I did not prefer my first choice rental. I have a larger bust so I would need the size 2. If you do not have a fuller bust I would definitely order at least one size smaller than what you normally wear. I chose to wear the other dress because I felt this dress was more appropriate for spring and summer, however, I did love it and would rent it again during warmer weather months. I thought it looked best with a skinny metallic belt and matching shoes since I found the waist to be a little roomy.

This dress was comfortable and came across the same in person as the photos online. I felt it ran true to size for the most part; the hip area may have run slightly large. I thought this dress was perfect for my hourglass figure; the stretch in the material allowed the waist to be fitted and accomodated my bust as well. Sometimes when a dress has little to no give I need to move up to a four to fit my bust leaving the waist and hip area loose; not the case with this dress! I received many compliments and felt sexy but also comfortable to be around the conservative members of my family in this dress. I left off one star because the dress was itchy around the upper arm/shoulder and I wished the covered shoulder had a slightly narrower cut to show some shoulder and upper arm. All in all a great dress that I would rent again.

I wore this dress for a casual family Christmas gathering and thought it was a great look. I felt the dress ran true to size and was a good cut for my hourglass figure. I typically need to move up to a size 4 to accomodate my chest often leaving the waist and/or hips of a dress loose. This knit dress fit me perfectly in the size 2 and did not feel tight in the bust. The reason I left off one star is I found the dress to be quite itchy even with the underslip.

This dress was perfect for spending Christmas Eve with my family and attending mass. I received several compliments and loved the color combination. I feel that the dress runs on the large size; especially at the waist. I do not think it is a great cut for a hourglass figure, I found the waist to be loose and chest to be a little restrictive. However, when I added a skinny belt to define my waist I did like the overall look. Also, the dress may be quite short on someone taller than me. I am only 5'-2" and once I added heels I would not want the dress any shorter.

I wore this dress for a semi-formal work event. I feel the overall dress runs true to size and decided to go with the size four to comfortably accomodate my bust even though the size two fit my waist and hips better. This is a common fit issue for me so it was not unexpected. The cut and color made me noticeable in a room of hundreds in traditional work sheaths and suits, yet I still felt work appropriate. I received many compliments and feel the dress is well made, of a good quality fabric, and stylish. I did not review it as five stars because I was disappointed that it did not have the sheen or python pattern I expected from the photos online. Neither were very apparent in person or photos.
