The small was too tight and the medium a little loose in the waist. You must be comfortable showing skin. No bra and great if you love cutouts like me!

Picture doesn't do it justice. The fit was good. Pretty tight on the top and don't need a bra unless you want extra support. Cut outs were a perfect accent to the bold blue color. I got endless compliments! A little bit difficult to unzip to go to the bathroom since it was a tighter fit.
