Loved how casual this dress is but still special.
I wore it twice, to a block party & my daughter's 1st birthday party. The hips were pretty large on me but if I ordered a small the chest wouldn't have fit.

Loved the fit and it was formal
Only complaint is the lining was longer than the dress so I was constantly folding it up. This was true for the 6 I tried on also. If I owned the dress I would hem the liner.
