I’m between a medium and a large, depending on the brand and this in a medium fit great. The large had a bunch of extra fabric in the hips, making it way too big for me in that area. The color is beautiful and I received tons of compliments on the dress. The bust was tight enough (and was lined) so I didn’t need a bra. Very comfortable and I’d definitely rent again.

This dress was form-fitting and flattering. Also a great color and perfect formalness for a Christmas party. I only had 2 complaints: 1) the ties on the sleeves were way too long and had to be tucked up into the sleeves; 2) I wish the fabric had been a little thicker. It bunches up in places along the seem because it wasn't quite thick enough to support itself. Overall beautiful dress and I received lots of compliments on it!

I wouldn't say this dress runs "small" but it fits like a glove, super snug, which I think was the designer's intention. Like some previous reviews said, I didn't feel the need to wear a bra (the deep v in the back prevents wearing a normal bra) as the dress is lined and tight enough to support, even when dancing. I wore this to a masquerade ball and it was perfect for that occasion. I was worried it would be so short that I'd be pulling it down all night and adjusting it, but it didn't move at all (major bonus). I loved this dress so much I wish I owned it!
