Great for a formal/black tie wedding!
I got tons of compliments on this dress! The back is strapped and you will need assistance. The flows skirt was so much fun and I had fun feeling fancy as heck all night!

Cotton fabric makes it more casual
This was a fun dress - loved the pattern, but the cotton material made it a more casual dress. For anon-casual destination wedding I would pick something fancier. But it’s a fun dress for maybe backyard wedding or casual party!

Perfect for a holiday gala!
Similar to other reviews, this is a cold weather or max AC kind of dress as it has a lining. You can wear a normal bra. The sequins wont ever be perfectly flat, but you can do a bit, but you just have to go with it with a full sequin dress like this. Loved it, perfect for a holiday formal affair!

Great dress, perfect with heels
I have no complaints with this dress. The sleeves are perfectly poofy and the length was perfect for me (5’6”) with 3” heels (flats would have left the hem dragging just a bit). If it’s a warm day, it’s an outdoor wedding. you’re a big dancer, or you’re going to work up a sweat, this might be a little stifling. But it was perfect for an indoor/atrium venue as I’m always cold.

Great dress for a winter wedding!
I echo so many other positive reviews that this dress is wonderful! I rented two dresses (rehearsal and wedding) and wore this for the actual wedding. The first dress was a hit and this dress got just as many compliments (“2/2” or “Once again, you look great!”). I will also say the 4 fit as well, but my husband liked the 2 (said it showed my curves and was appropriately a bit more form fitting) but both could have worked. No dress tape needed for the 2, did wear a bra (low cut/band) and it was fine. I will say I don’t dress up much, so wearing full-length or high-end dresses are not the norm for me. But I felt hot in this dress, even though it had sleeves and was made of velvet. It wasn’t so far out of my comfort zone that I felt intimidated. The middle slit is a bit awkward for sitting tho (esp if you’re in the first row right in front of the groomsmen but no real issues, just not something I’m used to!) Highly recommend for any cold-weather formal affair!

Fantastic dress, maybe we should just buy it
I echo so many other reviews that this dress is fantastic. I seriously felt like a million bucks and everyone who cares about fashion also agreed. The ruching (?) all down both sides is extremely forgiving and does wonders for your butt. It’s quite stretchy, but the bottom is not wide, so don’t plan on taking long strides. I also took the advice of other reviews and used dress tape and was glad I did (Take it off right away tho!) This dress also has shoulder pads and I loved them with the sleeves! This was my very first RTR dress and I couldn’t have picked a better dress!
