The shoulder pads are too big
If I owned this I would cut the shoulder pads out. I have been trying to figure out if i can wear it anyway and still have not. It is such a nice look, only if the shoulder pads could be removed. Also ordered a Large and am typically a medium

Flattering and perfect for work a little snug in chest
I really liked this dress and did wear it to a work meeting. Super professional and flattering. I would say it fit true to size but if you have a bigger chest size up as it was a bit snug

It is a cute sweater but definitely not as advertised. It is too cropped to wear with anything that is not a super high waist. I did not end up wearing. Could be cute on someone but I did not find it looked anything like on the model in cut and fit. Way more cropped
