I wore this to my medical school formal and received many compliments. It was very flattering on my athletic/pear shaped body. For me at 5'5 1/2'' the dress was more ankle length than midi. I fit between a size 4 and 6 and tried both, ended up wearing the 4 as I am smaller chested. I did have to use tape to prevent the low cut top from causing a wardrobe malfunction, but once secured in place the top was gorgeous. The waist was unique and flattering.

It was very lovely, and was comfortable. The only complaint was the dress came all the way up to the armpit on the left side, and it got a little uncomfortable. Great length, color and style.
