I am usually a 4 but sized up to a 6 (feeling a little fluffy right now). I probably could have used an 8. The bodice is boned with no give. That is all forgiven by the gorgeous fabric and shape of the dress. One of my favorite rentals.

Love this dress, the bodice is two rows of elastic so very forgiving and comfortable. Highly recommend, easy to dress up w jewels/heels, or down with a cap and jean jacket.

runs VERY Large. Probably great for busty girls
This dress and material are BEAUTIFUL however the dress is enormous. I am a 34A and had to use about 5 safety pins to pintuck the top so it did not just hang off my chest. Straps are not adjustable and are awkward. would not rent again. The model photo is misleading about the fit of the top.

So lovely!
Rented this just to wear to work, sized up to a 6 (I am usually a 4 but have some extra COVID weight, plus the waist is not forgiving). Beautiful color and drape, I felt like a runway model walking around downtown. One note: if you are a member of #teamsweaty this dress is not very pit-stain friendly, just a word of warning!

THE BEST

Size down, beautiful fabric
As with all Kate Spade, I sized down from my usual 4 to a 2. Fabric is a little stiffer than I usually wear and wrinkled easily. Overall a really pretty and unique dress, you might need a camisole for the top.

Quarantine Birthday Dress!
Beautiful dress!! It does run large and more so if you are small chested. I could have used the 2. Also, the dress is VERY VERY PINK. I am into that but just be aware. My bf and I had to stay home for my birthday, so we got dressed up and walked around the block in our finery.

Too tight dress lining made this impossible to wear
For some insane reason, the dress has an incredibly tight, no stretch little tube skirt as the liner. I have slightly wider than average hips and am a true 4 in all dresses. I could not pull the dress up around my hips and had to put it on over my head and yank the lining down around my hips. I could barely walk and was afraid to wear the dress. The dress itself is beautiful and fit perfectly. Not sure what is going on with the design. Very sad :(

This dress is so beautiful and drapes nicely. I am very small chested and had to wear a camisole as the gathered top was too large and kind of fell open. Big fan of the houndstooth print!
