I wore this 8 weeks postpartum. Bra size 36DD. It was a tight fit but worked great. Must run large considering I wore an XS. Super comfortable. Perfectly classy with a little sexy edge to it. I also liked how it was a mix of classic and boho. I received many compliments.

I'm 5'6", 138, 34C. The 2 was a wee bit too tight, but worked out just fine. I rented last minute so back up size 4 was unavailable. If I were shorter I'm not sure I would like the long length but it was just right as I am. No bra needed (has interior closure to help keep up dress). Love the color, pockets and pleats on front of dress. Got quite a few complements.
